This Monday (April 17th), David Gilmour and Richard Wright of Pink Floyd were in concert at Paramount Theater, Oakland CA. The first part of the concert started with Breathe and Time from Dark Side of the Moon , and continued with songs from David Gilmour's new album On An Island, which are quite melancolic. In the second part however, they played some old Pink Floyd songs, including Arnold Layne, Echoes, Comfortably Numb and many others. Dick Parry who played saxophone in many of Pink Floyd's albums joined the band for few songs. I was blown away, really good music and energy.
